The supplement is repeatedly delivered on time, but comes in a cumbersome package that makes you seperately cut each pill out of a blister sheet. Supplying it in a user-friendlier bottle would be appreciated.

Due to so much responsibility and stress in my life, I had been fighting depression almost on a daily basis. After about two weeks of taking Same 400, I began to feel like I could deal with things without letting it take me down. After another two weeks I had a feeling like I could come up with fresh ideas on how to solve some of the problems that life was throwing at me. I'm the last one left alive in my family to take care of my Mother who is dealing with severe dementia, a form of Alzheimer's. Her memory had gotten so bad that she couldn't be alone at all. I had been taking care of her on a daily basis, and felt so overwhelmed. I was so immersed in the challenge that I couldn't see things clearly. It was taking me down and thus making it much harder to endure the daily stress. A friend told me about Same 400 by Doctor's Best, so I began to take it. Just one a day. A month later I was easily solving problems without feeling like they were absorbing my life. Now I have things working even better for my Mother as well as myself. I even tried taking two per day for a week or so, but I didn't find that it was better than just taking one. I like the Doctor's Best brand, and buy the brand for my MSM and CoQ10. I plan to continue taking Same 400 forever.
